Ban Times.

The staff decided to make a banlist so the ban times are equal for everyone.

The system works like this:
If you break a rule and get banned you have to appeal in the ban appeal forum. You need a granted appeal before you get unbanned, else you will stay banned forever.

Example 1:
Shabazza got banned for 7 days on 1.1. for purpose leave. I write an appeal on 2.1. and it gets granted on 3.1.. Now I still have to wait till 8.1. before I am unbanned.
Example 2:
Shabazza got banned for 3 days on 1.1 for flaming. I don't write an appeal until 10.1. and therefore am still banned. The appeal gets granted on 11.1. and I am unbanned.

Wrong Version (after telling the person to switch versions if he desyncs)

IMPORTANT:
After you have been banned for something and violate a rule again within 3 months after your unban the ban will be doubled (i.e. purpose leaving a game on 1.1 -> 1 week ban, purpose leaving a game on 15.2. -> 2 week ban etc.)

Please note that GM's may act different for bans that include a timespan. One GM may ban you for 2 days while another may ban you for 3 days.
