The Rule book .

1) General rules:

Open dota league is official dota league of eurobattle.net so all general server rules fully apply to it. Some general rules of OLD that you will have to follow are:

- The one and only allowed language on ODL forum and channel is English

- Flooding/spamming the channel is forbidden.

- Every kind of racism and bad manners in channel and games is forbidden and it will be punished accordingly to server rules.

- All kinds of hacks are forbidden, and they will be punished accordingly to server rules

- Leaving the games before the throne/three falls is forbidden and it will lead to punish.



2) Gameplay rules


1) Backdoring and creep skipping
· Creep skipping is allowed for the outside 2 towers in each lane.
· You may not attack any buildings without creep support
· Deniable towers can be killed by anyone at any time.
· If your creeps die once you are pushing inside the base, you are allowed to still attack the base.
· Once your creeps have entered the base, you are allowed to attack ANY building inside your opponent's base.

2) Item sharing
No pooling is allowed.However, there are some items ( mainly mana/hp regen ) you can share with others, but not longer than 5 min.Here's the list of these items :
· Sentry wards ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Observer wards ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Clarity Potion ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Flasks of Sapphire Water ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Chickens (for usage)
· Ring of Regeneration
· Ring of Health
· Sobi Mask
· Void Stone
· TP Scroll ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Ancient Tango of Essifation ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )
· Gem of Truesight ( allowed to be given to another player permanently )

3. Item restriction :
· Each team may only have 2 Necronomicon
· Each team may only have 2 Eul’s, or 2 Guinsoo’s Scythe of Vyse, or 1 Eul’s and 1 Guinsoo’s Scythe of Vyse
· Each team may only have 1 Arcane Ring
· Each team may only have 1 Refresher
· Each team may only have 1 pipe

4. Cases of d/c or quiters
Leavers team can choose one of following options :
- sell all items directly from the leaver's hero ( teamsell --> result as splitting money equally for the team )
- in case the whole team agrees, one of players may take leaver's item(s) and use it normally.However, taking leaver's item(s) on your own is not allowed and will be punished.
- Freeze leavers hero on his circle of power
- Continue using leavers hero, but without buying him any additional items.


3) Other rules:

1) League administrator reserves the right to change any rule if he considers it necessary.

2) You are responsible for your account, and all rules broken with that account will result in according punishments.We will not accept excuses like : "My little brother logged in with my account! It wasn't me!".

3) Use common sense.This will help to avoid problems, like ridiculous ban requests.

4) Remember If you experience any problem with other player, do not flame, argue etc just take screenshots/replay and post it on forum. Moderators will resolve it.

5) If you notice anything, what is not written as a rule contact moderators. They will take care about it.
